Cancellation and Refunds
- Participants who cancel their booking before May 31, 2024, will be eligible for a 75% refund of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made after May 31, 2024, and before June 30, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
- For cancellations made after July 1, 2024, and before July 31, 2024, a 25% refund will be processed.
- Any cancellations made after July 31, 2024, will be eligible for a 5% refund.
Please note that it will take up to 90 days to process any refunds. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address.
Additional Legal Considerations
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the retreat. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their payment to a rescheduled or alternative retreat.
- Liability Waiver: All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before attending the retreat. This waiver absolves the retreat organizers of liability for any injuries or losses incurred during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.
- Participant Conduct: Participants are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to both the retreat staff and other attendees. The retreat reserves the right to dismiss any participant who displays disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without a refund.
- Privacy Policy: Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of organizing the retreat and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Travel Insurance: Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. The retreat will not be responsible for reimbursing travel expenses or other losses not covered under our refund policy.
- Changes to the Retreat: The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, location, or content of the retreat as necessary. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
